Background
ReviewBuzz was an early leader in the online reputation space amongst home service companies. But over the years, their platform had become obsolete and the company had been surpassed by many competitors in the space. By 2017, a complete redesign was long overdue.
My Role
As the sole UX designer, I was responsible for every aspect of the product’s design, including new feature ideation and definition, information architecture, user flows, and all UI design.
